The Windows Key Is Not Working In My Dell Keyboard!

Recommended Posts

Hello Friends,

I am using Dell KB216 Wired USB Keyboard. But last few days I am getting a serious issue, Windows key is not working properly. I do not exactly understand whether it is a hardware issue or I need to check up on by an expert my keyboard. Can someone suggest here?

Hi, what is the problem with that key, you have to press hard to make it work, you can try to clean it, use isopropyl alcohol.

Connect it to another PC and check for physical damage 🧐

Thank you everyone for reverting back. First I thought it was the hardware issue. But after searching in google found this post, here suggested to use PowerShell Command, and applying this method my keyboard is working well. There is no longer issue behind this solution. Thanks a lot.
